SHIPPING

• Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
• We are unable to accept any address changes. If unable to receive the package, please let us know. We will refund the order once it is returned back to our office. We recommend reordering again asap with entering the new address to receive everything, including the package with automatic shipping updates, in a timely manner.
• Expedited options are available to upgrade with USPS Priority or UPS
• For the US, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
• In the very rare case an item is damaged during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us at hello@bossalinda.com for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of package delivery.
