Shipping & Returns


  • Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
  • We are unable to accept any address changes. If unable to receive the package, please let us know. We will refund the order once it is returned back to our office. We recommend reordering again asap with entering the new address to receive everything, including the package with automatic shipping updates, in a timely manner.
  • We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States
  • Expedited options are available to upgrade with USPS Priority or UPS
  • International shipping currently: TBD
  • For the US, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
  • For International orders, please allow 1-10 business days for delivery.
  • In the very rare case an item is damaged during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us at help@bossalinda.com for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of package delivery.


  • Brand new items may be returned for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition within 14 days of initial receipt.
  • Items must be shipped back the same method in which they were initially shipped (e.g. UPS “fragile protection” packages must be shipped back via UPS “fragile protection”).
  • For US Orders we will issue a prepaid USPS return label
  • For International orders, buyer must pay return shipping cost
